InspectionsPro has been designed to serve the needs of small to extremely large single and multi site facilities. Extremely large and complex data collection needs may require add-on options, either standard or custom. It is available for MS Access, SQL, and Oracle databases. The user can choose from a stand alone, a network enabled or a web enabled system. InspectionsPro has an open systems architecture option which allows the customer to communicate data across facilities and among other software packages. InspectionsPro is the benchmark standard for user friendly, easy to use, graphics based maintenance management software. It is a Windows technology package and requires minimal computer experience. To maximize the potential of the software, training is available. InspectionsPro software utilizes a PC or server and handheld computers to automate manual methods of collecting data in the plant, at distributed facilities, in the field, across thousands of miles of data collections sites, etc. SSE supports a wide selection of handheld computers. Our selection allows the customer to choose the mobile computer with the right characteristics for any application. InspectionsPro supports applications that make use of integrated or tethered bar code scanners, keyboard or pen input devices, GPS (Global Positioning System) devices, and other emerging technologies.

The choice of handheld computers for InspectionsPro applications depends on the complexity of the data collection environment. If the environment is potentially explosive, then intrinsically safe computers are required. SSE offers handheld units on either MS-DOS or Pocket PC platforms that comply with intrinsically safe standards. These same units are also available without intrinsitcally safe compliance. Regardless of your needs, SSE will work with you to determine the optimal match of software, hardware, technology and systems design for all of your applications.
